Who Am I?

Since I’ve started my career around 20 years ago, I always had the feeling that I am not in the right place. Despite all my success, which I saw as a matter of course and not a big deal, I never felt happy and was searching for purpose and fulfillment in my jobs. Emptiness and senselessness were constant companions. Life felt like a constant fight, without knowing what I was fighting for.

As I started looking for the cause of my problems, investing a lot of money in my wellbeing and personal development, I began to see how I had lost myself, stood in my way and manipulated myself.

Only when I got into coaching, I started understanding that I had always tried to be someone special and do everything right for everyone. Today I know, it’s not about being special, but rather me doing what feels special to me.

I learned powerful techniques and methods to put myself back in the center of my life, to treat myself well, to find my own drivers and intrinsic motivation, to know what I want and to pursue that path with full courage and trust.

Today I use this knowledge in my coaching sessions to help women like me find out what is special for them in their lives, so that they can do what they like to do and experience motivation, energy and meaning in their daily lives.

About the Life & Work Design Journey

Over the periode of 13 modules, the program takes you to a self-dedicated and balanced life full of joy, satisfaction and personal and professional success.
The following modules can be individually long and extensive, depending on your goals, needs and availability. On average, however, it takes between 6 and 12 months to complete them all.

If 6 to 12 months is too long for you, you have the option to complete only modules 1-6. Here you work out your desired state and prepare the implementation including all necessary course corrections and adjustments within 3 month.

Afterwards you will take care of the implementation on your own.

Experience, however, has shown me that it is critical for successful implementation, especially at the beginning, not to stray from your own course and to allow yourself to be held back by inner blockades and external circumstances until the desired state has been established. Therefore a sparring partner like me who knows you, your goals and challenges and who challenges and supports you again and again is of unimaginable value. For a sustainable result, I recommend – and my previous clients agree with me 100% – that you do all modules, including 7-13. Because this is exactly where the successful result lies.

You certainly do want to follow your Life & Work Design Journey whole heartedly, don’t you?

Whatever you decide, I am happy to accompany you on your journey.
